Wellness Part 6: Sonic Gratitude

Sonic Gravity thanks you. In the last 60 days, you visited www.sonic-gravity.com, 7,200 times, and streamed or downloaded 2,800 episodes. Thank you for listening and sharing. If you have insomnia, or a child that does, you're in luck. As a token of gratitude, on Sonic Gravity's YouTube page (Sonic Gravity), video podcast episodes will be populating, and there are Sonic Gravity white noise videos (intended to put my infant niece to bed), but available to everyone for free, of course, to use fo...

Politics Part 6: The Politics of Hate, Lovecraft Country, and the Cthulhu of the Black Planet

Enter my mind and see what I see when I observe the politics of hate at work in America. When leaders ignore kneeling at football games and protestors are shot or run down by vehicles in the street, I see politicians immorally calling for non-violent protests as if they are not responsible for ignoring the same. And by the end, I hope we've realized that we are responsible for sounding the Call of Cthulhu--hating our fellow human beings, and it is everyone's personal responsibility to end it.

Wellness Part 5: The Level 7 Orgasm

This Podcast Episode is intended for adult audiences only, if you are under the age of 18 or do not wish to hear explicit discussions about sex or sexual activity, then you should skip this episode. Originally included as the second half of Politics Part 5.1: The Ignorance of LGBTQ Hate, I removed it after I published it because the audience for the LGBTQ episode is broader than the audience for the Level 7 Orgasm. And, shortly after I removed the Level 7 Orgasm content, I received feedback f...

Politics Part 5.1: The Ignorance of LGBTQ Hate

Enter my mind, and see what I see when I consider discrimination against American Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) people. In this episode, I examine the "faith based" underpinnings of LGBTQ discrimination, Biblical myths used by Christians to judge and look down on LGBTQ people, and ask the question: since we know LGBTQ people occupy some of the greatest positions of leadership in the conservative, evangelical, American political ideology (like Jerry Falwell Jr., his wife...

Wellness Part 3: Psychopathic Forgiveness

Enter my mind and see what I see. When people do us wrong, what do we do? It's a certainty that people will hurt us and do wrong by us; we can't stop that hurt from coming, but we can stop it from staying with us and polluting our lives. And when we allow someone who hurt us, to poison our lives, we know from the Physics of Leadership, that we are changing everyone in our orbit--and if we allow the poison to infect us as we are changing the people orbiting in our gravity, we are all...

Domestic Abuse Part 1: The Destiny Paradox, and the Illusion of Choice

Controlling Destiny: is it something we do, or is it a thing under which we live? In this episode, we explore the paradox of destiny, reconcile mutual coexistence between the theory of free will and destiny, and reveal the possibility that we are in thrall to a universal illusion of choice.

Dads and Family Part 1: Who’s Your Daddy?

Kids don't come with an owner's manual. We daddys kind of figure things out on the fly--like building a plane in flight. But there are some things we can probably all agree on. It's our role, and the way we father our kids either leads them to greatness, or down the drain, or somewhere in between. And we'll always be fathers, but we'll only have this golden opportunity to raise our children as daddys for a season: tucking them in, teaching them lessons and values, and mana...

Wellness Part 1: PTSD and What it Means to Me

If you've seen combat service in the military, been a first responder, are vulnerable or experienced abuse in your home or community, experienced sexual abuse, abusive relationships, are food insecure, lost your job, or are being beaten by someone at home or when you were a kid, or if you've ever been shot at . . . there's a good chance you have it--even if you think you don't. If you do, there's a pretty good chance you don't even know you have it--and you might even be convinced you don't.&...

Leadership Part 2: Personal Loss: Love, Death, and Astrophysics

COVID-19 has, as of November 2020, claimed the lives of a quarter million Americans and left their families in terrible pain. There isn't much I can do for the people who are gone, but for those who remain and those who have or may find themselves among the bereaved, I invite you into my mind. This episode explores the connection between the human spirit and the most powerful celestial bodies and forces in the universe. And it's my hope that, in the 31:07 seconds we spend together--especially ...

You Are Invited

I invite you to spend eight minutes and twenty-five seconds inside my mind. Consider me an "Objectivist," whose favorite hobby is observing the universe to share my perception. I didn't create this podcast to advance an agenda or make a point. My podcast is unconcerned with tedious politics or any of the social cages people build for themselves. But I will share my observations all the same. And, if you spend eight minutes and twenty-five seconds in my orbit, it will change you and affect your...
